  Stopped in with my fiance on our way through town from an event in the city. We weren't greeted or asked for our drink order for ten minutes or more after sitting down. There were 3 wait staff on the floor. Only when I said aloud, "lets just leave, we haven't even been greeted", then a server said that she would be right there with our cutlery. Our bill was $26. We ordered two water to drink. The portions are embarrassingly small and we left hungry. The food was good, hot, and fast, but service and portioning needs work. Bathrooms were covered in urine and the sinks were dirty. Had to clean the toilet before I sat on it.

  Called order in at 5:40, and was told it would be 10 minutes. My order wasn't ready until 6:20. While I was standing waiting for my order the server was still telling call in customers it will be 10 minutes. Suggested to the server at the take out counter maybe they should be saying 30 minutes for take out. The NOT so nice reply I received was, "we weren't expecting to be so busy, and it depends on who is cooking." This is a Friday at dinner hour, how long have you been working there?
  When I got home and opened my order, my 2 fish was 1 fish cut in two with fries. Very disappointed with product and service.

  Renovations, really help allow for better restaurant experience.
  The food is consistently, very good and still offer good value for quality and quantity of food, mushy peas are done perfectly.
  Staff always friendly and helpful.
  Handy, downtown Port Perry location.

  One of the best fish and chip place around. Make a stop there everytime I'm in Port Perry. Too bad there's none in the GTA.
