  Ordered a tea with the bags removed. They didn't remove the bags, meaning the tea would be too strong to drink. Asked them to remake it, but all they did was remove the bags and hand it back. Told to get out of the drivethrough. Tea was WAY too strong to drink. Drivethrough employee had a terrible attitude.

  The cashier of Wendy is so rude. Rejected to change the soft drink to frost and reject to change the kid's toy later( we got two same toys, just want to change different one)

  Went to this location twice to return coffee pods that state on the box they are compatible with all Keirug machines. These however do not work with the new machines. First time I went I was told I had to come back when a manager was working. Second time I went back I was told both managers left early. Then I was told I had to call head office. Just awful customer service/no management available, then put off to head office.
