  It's worth the drive to Port Perry! I had the Traditional Plus for breakfast, and the pancakes were great. The rest of the meal was your standard breakfast fare, hard to mess up. Loved that the meal came with a cinnamon roll! But the real stars of the show at Hank's are the freshly baked donuts, and in particular the apple fritter! Its ginormous! THE BEST APPLE FRITTER I'VE EVER HAD! I will be going back, and it's 30 mins from my house!

  5 star food BUT service was very quick and we were in and out in 45 minutes! I really felt I was being asked to eat, pay and leave! Guess they have to serve the long line-up but it's not the place to go if you want to visit with a friend.

  Cinnamon buns are to die for. I don't even like donuts, but I make an exception for Hank's. Especially the jam filled ones.

  I came in for breakfast based on a recommendation from my father who recently moved to Port Perry and it was definitely worth it. The food was good and the portions were large, all for a fair price. My waitress was friendly and the small town atmosphere of the place made it a great experience. I recommend The Traditional breakfast. 2 eggs, home fries, toast and choice of 6 slices of bacon, 4 sausages or 3 slices of ham. $7.99. Looking around at the crowd in here I suspect it could be difficult to get a table during busy times but I arrived early and was seated immediately.
